Bloom presents a collection of 100 floral artworks from Tate’s collection and is intended to encourage a slowing down and mindful looking. Works are divided into themes such as Love, Grief and Delight, reflecting the emotions that flowers can prompt in us.
In keeping with the overarching mood of the book, the display typeface employed on the cover and chapter opener spreads is calligraphic in nature.
The cover, featuring the work xxxxx by xxxx, uses a soft-touch laminate to evoke the velvety nature of a flower petal.
