Encinal is a Los Angeles-based real estate development company. Their projects combine authentic modern architecture with craftsmanship whilst always considering harmony with the landscape. Working closely with the founder we developed a flexible ident​ity that connects with​ the brand’s ethos. We con​structed a​n E-like mark from blocks to mimic the firm’s thoughtful architectural interventions in an environment. Encinal is set in the typeface Favorit Expanded by Dinamo, echoing the modernist geometric rigidity of the mark. We continue to work on​ presentation materials and further develop​ the website.
