Hemmerle is a fourth-generation family-run jewellers based in Munich known for its dedication to craftsmanship, exceptional quality and innovative material combinations. Each jewel is unique, much like a work of art.

Infused Jewels is a collection of brooches and earrings which explores the connection between humanity and nature. In addition to the jewellery itself, Hemmerle also commissioned a bespoke tea blend, a hand-crafted tea caddy, and a short story in the form of a modern fairytale. This was authored by Greta Bellamacina and illustrated by Rosanna Tasker.

Working closely with Hemmerle, we designed a publication that would both present the illustrated story and showcase the jewellery in a way that was sympathetic to the values of the project.

Inside, understated grey typography sits alongside the colourful imagery accompanying the story of The Herb Garden. The cover features an illustration which has been screen-printed in a single colour with foil-blocked typography overlaid; it has a cloth-wrapped spine which adds to the tactility.
